Job Summary As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from initial demand to execution and closure. You will act as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling successful project delivery. Your ability to manage complex contractual relationships and drive governance will be essential to our success in the digital currency space. Your Responsibilities Contract Management Own and implement contract lifecycle management best practices, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Act as single point of contact for selected customers regarding the management of customer contracts. Facilitate and document contract negotiations with customers, service providers, suppliers, and partners. Maintain contract documentation, track changes, and coordinate milestones with all stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and any issues or disputes. Identify and activate performance levers to optimize contract outcomes. Ensure proper governance for customer contracts and manage subcontractor and partner contracts accordingly. Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Professional Services teams. Risk Management Identify, assess, and document risks during contract drafting and deal review. Facilitate approval processes and lead risk assessments. Develop and implement mitigation strategies and conduct thorough risk analyses. Report KPIs on market developments, risk status, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Guide project teams on risk management best practices and develop IT tools and processes for risk management. Your Professional Profile Successfully completed studies in business law, law, business administration, or a comparable education. Several years of professional experience in national and international contract and risk management. Extensive experience of working on large IT/software projects and managing the respective customer contracts is highly desirable. Deep understanding of national and international contract law, regulatory requirements, and IT law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual documents. Fluent English skills required.
