Freelance Guest Communication & Operations Coordinator We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance professional to support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties in Nueva Andalucía and El Paraíso. 🏡 Property Portfolio • 6 apartments and 1 house, • 3 apartments are seasonal, meaning the active portfolio may vary (typically around 5 properties) 🔧 Main Responsibilities • Managing guest communication, • Coordinating cleaning schedules, • Arranging maintenance and handling issues, • Conducting property checks, • Internal team coordination ✅ Requirements • Experience with short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), • Strong English communication skills, • Spanish is a plus (not required), • Organized, proactive, and reliable, • Driver’s license required 💰 Compensation • 5% of total rental revenue, • Additional in-person tasks outside the standard scope are paid separately (€25–€50 per task) What We Offer • Opportunity to grow within the company, • Flexible freelance role in a dynamic and growing business If you’re interested, we would love to hear from you — feel free to reach out for more details and if you are interested in only during the guest communication or other bits, please reach out aswell.
