As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious junior sales talent to grow with us. Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Account Executive – Italian to drive revenue growth by managing and converting inbound opportunities in the Italian hospitality market. This is an inbound-focused full-cycle role. You will manage qualified leads generated through Marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels. Your mission is to understand client needs, run consultative demos, and convert interest into revenue. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop strong closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events, partnerships)., • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and operational challenges., • Deliver tailored product demos to hospitality businesses (hotels, vacation rentals, property managers)., • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing., • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates., • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting., • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and conversion. Must Have • Italian speaker + professional English. Spanish optional., • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (internships, SDR, or customer-facing roles considered)., • Strong communication and active listening skills., • Comfortable leading video calls and product demos., • Organized and detail-oriented approach to pipeline management., • Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn., • Experience in Hospitality (Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Property Managers)., • Exposure to SaaS or tech sales environments., • High lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates., • Strong demo performance and consultative selling approach., • Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets., • Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions., • Clear career progression toward mid-market or senior AE roles., • Structured onboarding and mentoring., • Fully remote., • Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling international SaaS company., • You prefer pure prospecting or outbound-heavy roles., • You are uncomfortable running demos and closing deals., • You struggle with organization and pipeline follow-up.
