We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing engineering, certification, and product development services. Within the Electrical & Electronics area, we test a wide range of products throughout their lifecycle across several sectors, including industrial, automotive, aerospace, railway, and defence. As part of Applus+ Laboratories, the Electrical & Electronics (E&E) business unit is currently experiencing strong growth in the testing and certification of electrical products. We are now looking for a Project Manager to manage multi-laboratory projects, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and control project execution and production activities, • Define project timelines and lead planning and implementation, • Act as the link between customer requirements and laboratory teams, • Define tasks and resource needs with each involved laboratory, • Monitor project progress and report to both customers and internal teams, • Identify issues and implement corrective actions when necessary, • Report to the Project Management Office Manager and keep stakeholders informed on scope, milestones, risks, and changes, • Lead project meetings and prepare regular progress reports, • Build strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration Required Skills & Qualifications: • Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, or similar), • Project Management qualification or equivalent experience, • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within consumer electronics or automotive sectors, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Experience working in dynamic, international environments, • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Strong customer focus and networking skills, • Team-oriented with experience working directly with clients, • Fluent written and spoken English What We Offer: • Permanent full-time contract with flexible working hours, • 23 days of paid vacation plus 3 additional personal days, • Flexible compensation plan (private health insurance, transport, childcare, meal vouchers), • On-site canteen at reduced prices, • Agile and collaborative work environment, • Free employee parking, • English language classes, • Green areas and wellbeing initiatives including yoga classes and other activities Applus+ is an equal opportunity employer.
