Your mission & impact As a Senior HRIS / Oracle HCM Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in a large-scale HR systems transformation across Europe. You will lead the functional design, data migration, and testing of Oracle HCM (or similar HR platforms), working closely with HR, integration, and project management teams to ensure a consistent, reliable, and business-aligned solution. What we're looking for • 8+ years of experience in business analysis within HR systems / HRIS implementations / enterprise platform migrations., • Deep expertise in requirements engineering, functional design, data mapping, and interface specification for HR technologies., • Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, talent management, employee data lifecycle, core HR)., • Experience with Oracle HCM or similar platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)., • Proven experience in data integration projects: data dictionary definition, legacy-to-target mapping, ETL logic, and exception handling., • Solid background in test planning, UAT coordination, and creation of training materials and user documentation., • Experience in vendor management and collaboration with technical teams (integration, development)., • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio or equivalent., • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with business and technical stakeholders., • Fluency in English and Spanish native., • Based in Madrid, available for hybrid work. What you will do • Participate in requirements-gathering workshops with HR teams across Europe to define functional and non-functional requirements for Oracle HCM., • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, including process workflows, data mappings, and integration rules., • Support local HR teams in defining data dictionaries and mapping legacy HR data for migration to Oracle HCM., • Configure and parameterize Oracle HCM modules according to approved functional designs and global standards., • Prepare comprehensive functional documentation: user manuals, configuration guides, process descriptions, and training materials., • Design and execute test scenarios for data migration and system integrations, especially with local payroll systems and third-party HR tools., • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): manage test cycles, track anomalies, coordinate resolution with technical teams, and facilitate sign-off., • Provide post-go-live functional support, ensuring a smooth transition, stabilisation, and strong user adoption., • Collaborate closely with integration teams and project management to ensure end-to-end solution consistency and alignment with project timelines.
