Al principio deberá: Capacidad de animar y motivar a un equipo. Cuidado de plantas y árboles: Plantar, podar, regar y fertilizar plantas, flores, árboles y arbustos según sea necesario para promover su salud y crecimiento. Mantenimiento del césped: Cortar, fertilizar y regar el césped regularmente para mantenerlo verde, saludable y libre de malas hierbas. Control de plagas y enfermedades: Identificar y tratar enfermedades de las plantas, así como controlar plagas y parásitos para prevenir daños en el jardín. Diseño paisajístico: Colaborar en el diseño y planificación de áreas verdes y jardines, sugiriendo plantas adecuadas y disposición paisajística para lograr un ambiente visualmente atractivo.
