FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: • Planificación de las necesidades derivadas de los proyectos futuros y del mantenimiento de los servicios generales del hotel., • Desarrollo y ejecución de los proyectos indicados por la Dirección Técnica., • Seguimiento y apoyo al responsable de mantenimiento en la aplicación de soluciones para el mantenimiento correctivo y el control de calidad de los equipos propios., • Selección y control de calidad de proveedores externos para la ejecución de obras y para el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo., • Formación continua del personal de mantenimiento en materias específicas., • Seguimiento, control e intervención —propia y, en algunos casos, complementaria— en el diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en los sistemas avanzados del establecimiento, como control de accesos, redes de telecomunicaciones, sistemas de control energético, automatismos, etc. (La operativa habitual es realizada por empresas especializadas en cada sistema). COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS: • Preferentemente: Ingeniería Técnica Industrial finalizada., • Alternativamente: Ingeniería Técnica de Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería de Edificación., • Amplios conocimientos de informática de sistemas, redes de telecomunicaciones y diseño CAD., • Conocimientos avanzados en construcción de edificios y obra civil, así como en sistemas de control y accesos., • Conocimientos básicos de topografía y software de mediciones y presupuestos. COMPETENCIAS DIFERENCIALES: • Experiencia en la preparación, organización, gestión y supervisión integral de la operativa y del personal necesario., • Capacidad de análisis de situaciones y propuesta de soluciones., • Trabajo por objetivos y proyectos, definiendo cronogramas y liderando su ejecución., • Capacidad de liderazgo.
