This position is part of the Medical Affairs department and is related to the Neurology therapeutic area, specifically Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (g MG).The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for implementing regional scientific activities within the assigned territory, including Catalonia, Aragón, Balearic Islands, Basque Country, La Rioja, Cantabria, and Navarra.The MSL will act as a scientific expert between the company and the medical community through the dissemination of scientific data and materials, interacting with key medical and pharmacy stakeholders. All activities will be properly documented within the designated reporting systems.The role will also involve delivering presentations at regional meetings, clinical sessions, hospital pharmacy meetings, and participating in sponsored medical education programs, including agenda preparation, presentation development and/or review, and providing scientific support to participants prior to events.Through these interactions, the MSL will establish long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring access to the most relevant and up-to-date scientific information within the medical community.The MSL will serve as the scientific reference point for the medical community within the assigned territory and will be responsible for maintaining high-quality and effective communication between the medical community and the company.In addition, the MSL will establish strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), supporting their clinical development initiatives, publications, and other scientific activities. The role will also involve oversight of local clinical studies conducted within the territory.The MSL will respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals as well as internal colleagues and will contribute to internal training activities while supporting the commercial team when required.RequirementsDegree in Medicine or Health Sciences.Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong scientific communication skills.Business-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory (60% or more of the time).The successful candidate is expected to actively participate in internal meetings and training sessions and maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge related to the therapeutic area.All activities must be carried out in strict compliance with the company’s compliance guidelines, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and maintaining fluid communication across departments.The position will be based in Barcelona (home based), with the majority of time dedicated to field-based interactions with the medical community.
