    En Galería Serrano, grupo referente en hostelería y ocio premium en Madrid, buscamos un/a Diseñador/a freelance con dominio de animación 3D, motion graphics y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial. Tu misión será dar vida a las marcas a través de piezas visuales impactantes diseñadas para pantallas LED, campañas digitales, reels y eventos, integrando creatividad humana con innovación tecnológica. Responsabilidades Diseñar y animar contenido visual para pantallas LED, campañas digitales y redes sociales. Crear storytelling visual coherente con la identidad de cada marca. Desarrollar animaciones cortas y efectos visuales para reels o piezas publicitarias con IA. Colaborar con el Head of Design y la Dirección de Marketing para mantener coherencia estética entre las diez marcas del grupo. Integrar herramientas de IA creativa en los flujos de trabajo para aumentar la productividad visual y la calidad del contenido. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño, animación o producción visual (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D o similares). Inglés obligatorio (nivel B2 o superior). Dominio avanzado de Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere). Conocimiento de plataformas de IA aplicada al diseño y video, como: 🎨 Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, Firefly (generación visual y estilos de arte) 🎬 Sora, Runway ML, Kaiber, CapCut AI (video y animación con IA) 🧠 ChatGPT, D-ID o HeyGen (conceptualización, guiones, storytelling y voz) Manejo de CapCut, Synology y OneDrive como entornos de producción y colaboración. Alta capacidad estética, agilidad técnica, precisión y curiosidad constante por nuevas tecnologías. About the role Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Experience Manager will deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience from pre-arrival to departure. What you will do General As a Department Head and Brand Ambassador, be highly knowledgeable of all hotel and facility information, hours of operation, key personnel, special activities, and functions in the hotel. Prepare and attend weekly and monthly meetings such as Rooms, OPS, Morning, Quality, Group Resume and other Dpt. Heads meetings. Lead and deliver training sessions organized by PnC: Glitchology. Guest Experience Lead and manage the full guest experience department, ensuring personalized service and flawless coordination from pre-arrival to post-departure. Organize the journey of our top VIPs including suite guests, Four Seasons Elite and High Return guests and others, pre, during and post their stay. Send pre-arrival communications, block rooms according to preferences, and oversee VIP preparations and amenities. Collaborate with all departments (F&B, IRD, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping) to deliver a seamless and anticipatory guest experience. Engage with guests throughout their stay, gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all requests are met with care. Ensure Golden is kept updated with all guest preferences. Handle guest complaints and actively manage Glitches. Ensure guests are met on time, and negative experiences are offset prior to departure.
