This role enables smooth and effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring connectivity performance and commercial success. /ppYou will manage partner relationships, conduct performance reviews, participate in calls and onsite visits, and represent the organization at trade shows as needed. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities, drive improvements, and collaborate with both technical and commercial teams — directly impacting supplier performance and long-term success. /ppThis role blends commercial acumen with analytical capability, offering exposure to the technical landscape of connectivities while providing strong professional development and broad sector knowledge within the HBX Group. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliReview supplier performance (overall/regional/local) and monitor the progress of new connectivity implementations. /liliConduct accuracy reviews, identify issues, and agree on corrective actions with suppliers and partners. /liliAudit the overall setup of suppliers to ensure proper configuration and alignment with commercial and technical standards. /liliParticipate in the rollout of new connectivities, ensuring successful activation and performance. /liliHold regular calls, meetings, and onsite visits with suppliers and connectivity partners. /liliBrainstorm and identify new opportunities such as API upgrades, new functionalities, and connectivity enhancements. /liliDiscuss future plans with partners and translate commercial objectives into connectivity requirements. /liliRepresent HBX at trade shows and industry events as required. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkillset and Experience Required /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in strongEconomics, Business, or Tourism /strong. /liliFluent strongEnglish and Spanish /strong; additional languages are a plus. /liliKnowledge of data analysis tools such as strongTableau /strong or strongOpenSearch /strong /liliHigh organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities. /liliStrong proficiency in strongMicrosoft Office /strong (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /liliExperience managing product requirements and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation. /liliStrong influence and persuasion skills to achieve desired outcomes. /liliAnalytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. /liliA data‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail.. /li /ulpbr/ppemAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
