JOB PURPOSE Working with the PR Manager and the Head Office global communications function, the PR Executive manages all national PR, non-marketing communication for MSC Cruises Spain in order to increase MSC Cruises consumer, as well as trade-facing brand awareness. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES *Works with the PR Manager to develop and deliver a yearly strategic consumer and trade media relations PR plan that encompasses both local and global initiatives; *Is a point of contact for all print, online, and broadcast media; *Manages, adapts, and localizes global consumer and trade media relations materials and other tools to local specificities for articles, interviews, press releases, web news, etc.; *Supports the delivery of local as well as support in-market global events such as on-board and other press trips as well as press conferences, and playing a key role maximizing the communications value in Spain for the upcoming christenings; *Manages and coordinates reactive media requests as well as identifies proactive opportunities, in line with and building upon the key, business goals-supporting communications objectives set forth by the yearly PR plan; *Researches, reports, and analyses the competitor's communications impact in Spain; *Under the leadership of the Global Employee Engagement Manager, acts as the market key contact, coordinator and main content provider for all local and global, Spain-relevant employee engagement (internal communications); QUALIFICATIONS *BA degree required; *1 to 3 years of relevant experience either in agency or in-house; *Spanish and English-speaking candidate only. In such a short time, we have built a fleet of 22 modern and most environmentally advanced ships! With our constant expansion, our fleet will grow in capacity with the arrival of seven new ships in three different classes by 2027. One of our latest ships – MSC World Europa – was delivered in 2022, inaugurating the World Class. Nos encontramos en continuo proceso de expansión y vamos a crear una Bolsa de Empleo. 1.Objetivo del puesto de trabajo: El/la dependiente/a de tienda es la persona responsable de acoger, atender y vender directamente a los clientes que se dirigen a la tienda o establecimiento los productos que se ofrecen y que más se ajusten a su demanda. 2.Descripción de funciones y responsabilidades: Atención y venta al público. - Control de stock, asegurando la entrada, reposición y colocación del producto. - Garantizar los estándares de visual merchandising y escaparatismo de la tienda. - Gestión de caja: cobros, cambios. - Preparación de pedidos. - Gestionar devoluciones e incidencias. 3.Competencias principales: - Trato y dotes comerciales, actitud proactiva y empatía con el cliente. Alto sentido de responsabilidad y compromiso, ordenado, planificado, con capacidad de marcarse prioridades, capacidad para trabajar en equipo. 4.Requisitos: Edad: 23 - 30 años. - Formación académica: preferiblemente titulación media. - Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar. 5.Tipo de contrato: Temporal. - Tiempo parcial.
