Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Director to become an integral part of our Business Masters Student Experience team. With an annual enrollment of 1000+ students, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional educational journey. Position Summary: As an Associate Director, you will assume the pivotal role of program director, collaborating closely with an assigned program assistant. Your influence is paramount in driving the ongoing success of our expanding portfolio. In this position, you will oversee day‑to‑day program management, contribute to strategic planning and innovation, and ensure that student perspectives on curricular modifications are considered. Acting as the primary point of contact for students and faculty, you will play a key role in optimizing student experiences and addressing significant issues. We are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid - María de Molina. Responsibilities * • Collaborate with the Executive Director to coordinate the implementation of curriculum innovations and organizational complexities., • Lead curriculum planning and review academic materials provided to students at the program's commencement., • Contribute to the recruitment, monitoring, and coordination of program staff., • Oversee specific experiential projects, such as immersion weeks, exchanges and other extra‑curricular activities., • Ensure efficient day‑to‑day program operations and swift responsiveness to student needs., • Coordinate student selection of class and ethics representatives., • Lead meetings with class representatives with Academic Directors where applicable and address student requests., • Conduct regular meetings with work groups to assess course progress., • Maintain close communication with faculty to deliver program‑related best practices and address concerns., • Monitor students with academic performance concerns., • Collaborate with various IE departments to resolve student issues promptly., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the student experience., • Identify opportunities for enhancing student experience within the program portfolio.
