What’s the job?: As the friendly face of our Food & Beverage outlets, you’ll also be a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. You’ll report to the Food & Beverage Manager. Your day-to-day: • Support the Restaurant Manager in any required task. • Manage reservations control including individual and group requests. • Be the link between R&B operations and S&M team. • Implement greeting standards throughout R&B departments. • Train staff on reservation handling. • Liaise with Chef to keep all R&B menus clean and up to date. • Assist R&B teams in their specific duties. • Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all paper stock items are managed. • Ensure correct closing day procedures are followed. • Prepare welcome package for all new R&B team members. • Keep all training manuals up to date. What we need from you: • 1+ years’ experience working with in hotel/restaurant. • Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar un/a COMERCIAL DE RESTAURANTE para trabajar en nuestro hotel BARCELONA PLAZA, ubicado en Plaza España (Barcelona). Las tareas principales son las siguientes: • Aumentar las reservas en el restaurante. • Ejecutar el calendario de acción del plan de marketing. • Revisión y mantenimiento de materiales publicitarios del restaurante en diversas áreas del hotel (cartas, poster, flyers, tótems…). • Supervisar que se respete la imagen corporativa del restaurante (uso del logo de manera correcta, plantillas, tipografías…). • Actualización de contenidos en web propia y webs colaboradoras (ElTenedor, Tripadvisor, Atrapalo…). • Desarrollo de contenidos y ejecución de posts para redes sociales (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google +). • Control de gastos + pagos a proveedores (cajas regalo, El Tenedor…). • Gestionar la satisfacción del cliente, tanto online (email "opinión express", responder comentarios según protocolo de respuesta…) como offline (entrega cupón a clientes satisfechos, resolución de quejas in situ…). • Mantener al día la base de datos (recogida de datos y actualización en El Tenedor). Ejercer como nexo de unión entre restaurante y otras áreas de negocio del hotel (informar de novedades y solventar dudas de staff, recepción, etc.) y trabajar con ellos como equipo para conseguir objetivos. • Supervisar que se cumplan los estándares de servicio en cuanto a tipo de música, iluminación, etc. • Crear y mantener relación con empresas/gremios de interés (cámara de comercio, gremio de hoteles, empresas de la zona…) y aprovechar sinergias. Medición de acciones (ROI). • Reporte semanal / mensual de acciones realizadas (informe comercial y de marketing). • Realizar visitas periódicas a empresas de interés. • Atender a reuniones periódicas con Product Manager para revisión y actualización de acciones de comunicación y marketing. Requisitos: • Titulación mínima: Licenciado. • Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años en hosteleria/administrativo/a. • Estudios en turismo / marketing /comercio/ RRPP. • Orientación al cliente. • Inglés alto + valorable otros idiomas. • Habilidad en redes sociales. • Disponibilidad inmediata. Se busca cocinero para restaurante en Nerja. Debe tener un mínimo de 3 años trabajando en cocinas y poder trabajar en equipo y también poder trabajar individualmente. Cocina internacional para todas las nacionalidades. (No busco a alguien que solo quiera hacer pizza o tapas) Debes tener buena ética de trabajo, ser entusiasta y estar abierto a aprender cosas nuevas. Trabajo todo el año para la persona adecuada.
