About the Role As a Junior Recruiting / Sourcing Associate at INFINNI, you’ll be a key part of our talent acquisition engine. You’ll help identify, engage, and qualify top talent across technical and non-technical roles. Your mission is to build strong candidate pipelines, ensure fast and high-quality outreach, and support the hiring team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to scale hiring across multiple functions in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities • Proactively source and engage candidates across LinkedIn communities, and other talent platforms, • Manage inbound applications by screening, qualifying, and routing candidates, • Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other direct messaging channels, • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future roles, • Support scheduling and coordination of interviews across teams and time zones, • Keep CRM/ATS systems (e.g. Greenhouse) up to date with accurate candidate data, • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and messaging, • Continuously improve outreach templates, sourcing methods, and candidate targeting, • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability What We’re Looking For You are proactive, curious, and motivated by connecting great people with great opportunities. You enjoy fast-paced environments and are comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know. You’re structured, detail-oriented, and care about quality interactions. You have: • Strong English (written and verbal).
