This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across different HR areas, combining operational HR support with employee-focused processes. You will implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for a population of approximately 65 employees. Your Responsibilities: HR Operations • Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and related tasks, partnering with an external provider., • Monitor and lead employee attendance and absences, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting., • Maintain employee records and HR systems. Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage the recruitment of employees, including creating job descriptions, designing and placing advertisements, pre‑selecting applicants and conducting interviews., • Post job openings and screen CVs., • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback., • Coordinate onboarding logistics and employee documentation. Compensation • Design, review and update compensation policies, keeping internal equity and external competitiveness in mind., • Manage compensation structures, job evaluations and job descriptions., • Coordinate yearly compensation processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, incentive schemes and local collective agreements., • Ensure compensation and benefits (C&B) policies are legally compliant.. Performance & Development • Coordinate performance review cycles and feedback processes., • Collect and analyse performance data., • Support managers with yearly goal setting (KPIs). Training & Learning • Support managers in identifying training needs and defining appropriate training and development actions, in line with local role definitions and legal standards., • Coordinate internal and external training sessions., • Track participation and maintain training records., • Research learning platforms and development programs. Labour Relations, HR Compliance & Reporting • Ensure HR records meet legal and company standards., • Support HR reporting on workforce data and employee engagement., • Provide support and advice to line managers and employees., • Stay up to date with local labour laws and implement changes in line with new legislation., • Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases., • Lead the Security & Health Committee., • Coordinate yearly prevention planning, accident investigations and accident management. Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field., • Master’s degree in Human Resources is desirable., • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory), to interact with Head Office and international colleagues., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of HRIS systems., • Extensive experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or similar function., • Strong knowledge of Spanish labour legislation, compliance requirements and HR best practices., • Hands‑on, structured and comfortable balancing both operational tasks and strategic HR responsibilities., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels., • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people‑related topics.
