SAP S/4HANA Test Manager Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a large SAP S/4HANA programme with multiple integrated and satellite systems. Responsible for defining test governance, managing test cycles, and ensuring quality delivery across the programme lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement the SAP S/4HANA testing strategy across integrated landscapes and satellite systems., • Manage System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression and Performance testing cycles., • Develop test plans, schedules, and governance standards across project phases., • Configure and manage qTest for test case management, traceability, execution tracking, and reporting., • Coordinate testing across functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams., • Manage defects, testing progress, and quality KPIs using tools such as Jira., • Oversee end-to-end process validation across SAP and integrated systems including APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms., • Lead and mentor test teams including leads, analysts, and automation engineers., • Provide test reporting, risk management, and quality metrics to programme leadership. Required Experience • Proven experience leading enterprise SAP testing programmes, particularly SAP S/4HANA., • Strong experience with qTest or similar test management tools., • Experience delivering integration testing across complex system landscapes., • Background managing large testing teams and multi-vendor environments., • Experience with defect management tools such as Jira. Preferred • Experience with SAP Activate., • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration., • Experience with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or EWM., • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
