Join MCI Spain as a Finance & Administration Assistant (Recent Graduate Program) At MCI Spain we’re looking for a Finance & Administration Assistant based in Barcelona. This position is exclusively for recent graduates from bachelor’s or master’s degrees who want to build hands‑on experience across digital tools, project coordination and basic finance operations and is eager to learn from the scratch. What will be your Responsibilities: Support with our digital tools, learning from the scratch the management of our event platform Cvent by uploading updated end customer documentation. Assist with daily accounting activities by registering and posting transactions in SAP By Design, including supplier invoices, payments, and other financial entries. Help to maintain a structured and up‑to‑date digital archive of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and supplier records. Assist in managing basic supplier communications, including invoice queries, document follow‑up, corrections, and other simple requests. You’ll also help ensure compliance with internal procedures for invoice processing and documentation. Perform reconciliations for specific travel‑related expenses (air travel and Renfe), checking invoice accuracy, matching supporting documents, and ensuring correct allocation to projects. Prepare and review all documentation necessary for issuing invoices. Help with reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed, always following client requirements. Help with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables, managing email correspondence and ensuring timely and professional responses. Why MCI? What We’re Looking For You must be a recent graduate (within 3 years of completing studies) of Business Administration, Finance or related field (masters degrees will also be in consideration). You communicate fluently in both Spanish and English (B1), effortlessly switching between languages in both spoken and written contexts. Ability to follow procedures and compliance guidelines. Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filters, data accuracy). Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to learn digital tools (Cvent, SAP By Design, internal platforms). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Time management, handling multiple small tasks daily. This is a 1 year contract, with possibility to extension. Location : Barcelona, Carrer de Tuset, connected with main metro and bus stations.
