Our client is looking for a Nordic or German-speaking Account Manager to join their Customer Success team in Spain. What will you do? • Manage and develop relationships with newly onboarded and existing hosts, • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention, • Optimize account performance by improving listing quality and engagement, • Address client needs proactively and offer tailored solutions, • Manage a pipeline of accounts and ensure consistent progress toward growth targets, • Track performance and activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce, • Meet or exceed outreach and engagement KPIs, • Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements, • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and results, • Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Candidate profile • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, • Fluent in a Nordic or German language and proficient in English, • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment, • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage, • Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is a plus, • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset, • High level of professionalism and attention to detail, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Employer offers • Full-time position (39 hours/week) in Barcelona, • Office-based role with potential for a hybrid model, • Performance-based bonus structure, • Referral program with attractive incentives, • Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Spain, • Continuous training, certifications, and professional development, • Clear career progression opportunities with coaching support, • Modern office at the World Trade Center Barcelona, • International and inclusive work environment
