Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar perfiles de RECEPCIÓN en nuestro hotel MIRADOR DES PORT ubicado en Maó, Menorca. Se trata de un hotel de 4* recientemente reformado y abierto durante todo el año. Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes:
• Asistencia e información a los clientes.
• Control y lectura de las llaves de las habitaciones.
• Cierre nocturno y reporte informativo. Trabajos administrativos pendientes.
• Responsable de todo lo generado en su horario de trabajo (check in y check out en su turno).
• Gestión de incidencias, pero no resolución.
• Gestión de equipajes y Parking.
• Cambios de habitaciones.
• Gestión del correo.
• Gestión de llamadas a centralita.
• Gestión del personal de botones a su cargo (en su caso). REQUISITOS
• Experiencia en posición similar.
• Estudios en turismo.
• Inglés alto + otro idioma.
• Orientación al cliente y espíritu comercial.
• Se valorará muy positivamente aportar conocimientos SAP. SE OFRECE
• Contrato de 40h semanales
