Our client is a young, driving company with an innovative digital branch. They recently built their new, modern offices, which feature open space and a friendly environment. Their product is available in several countries including the US. A bit of history In 2011, they launched their website. Propelled by continuous demand, they opened a brand store in Amsterdam (2015), and one in the centre of Barcelona (2016). Key Responsibilities: ⭐ CRM Operations & Support • Assist in CRM strategy execution and data updates., • Build basic customer segments., • Help create and schedule email, push, and SMS campaigns., • Prepare assets, add UTMs, and run QA (links, rendering, targeting)., • Assist in building and improving automated journeys (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement)., • Support data hygiene tasks (imports, deduplication, field updates)., • Work with content, creative, sales, and product teams on campaign inputs., • Follow GDPR/CCPA guidelines and assist with consent and preference checks., • Help ensure ongoing data accuracy and compliance. 📗 The abilities we think would be a great match • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (required); Spanish fluency is a bonus., • Understanding of customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn)., • Awareness of user behavior patterns and how they influence personalization., • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques., • Proactive attitude: identifying small improvements in automations or data without being asked., • Ability to interpret basic performance metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribe rate, conversion)., • Driver’s License and Car Required: A valid driver's license and access to a car 🥗 Benefits • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader, • Attractive terms and conditions of employment, • Dynamic work environment, • Extensive career development opportunities, • We have free food, drink, and fruit at the office!
