You’ll analyze data and create presentations for our management team. /li libHR systems (Workday) /b: running reports, data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures, employee support with ad‑hoc requests. /li libEnhance Employee Experience /b: Review employee survey results, track progress, and help design impactful action plans. /li libAssist with Recruitment /b: Create job postings, monitor open positions, and support the onboarding process. /li libProvide Employee Support /b: Address daily HR‑related questions and concerns. /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 pbQualifications /b /p pWe are looking for a bmotivated, /b bhigh potential / top performer /b individual who will have the opportunity bto learn /b from a growing organization and have a breal impact /b on the business. /p ul liFinal year’s master’s students in a brelevant analytical discipline /b (human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or similar) and a strong academic track record. /li liMBA or HR / business‑related previous internship or project will be a strong asset. /li libExcellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). It will be part of your daily work. /b /li liProficiency in English (oral and writing), willingness to occasionally travel.
