TERCIO and its West Lyon office are recruiting for one of their clients, specialized in the manufacturing & distribution of connected medical devices, a: Sales Representative / Business Developer (m/f) Your mission Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Northern Spain and the Central region. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers. In this context, your main responsibilities are: • Define and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitors, • Identify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram), • Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions), • Convert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customers, • Negotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closure, • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, • Track sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targets, • Share customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teams, • Contribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congresses Your profile You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment. • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred, • Professional level of English & Spanish required, • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantage, • Proven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospecting, • Comfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutions, • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, • Good command of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, • Willingness to travel across Northern Spain and the Central area (including Madrid) Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
