Job Summary: As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience within our establishment. Your role will involve coordinating daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. 2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 4. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. 5. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. 6. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. 7. Understanding of health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 9. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred but not required). 10. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Prepare ingredients and components for dishes, including chopping fruits, vegetables, and herbs. 4. Set up and maintain designated stations in the kitchen for efficient workflow. 5. Assist in the assembly and plating of cold dishes according to established standards. 6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including storage areas and refrigerators. 7.
