Develop expertise in financial controlling within a complex operational business supporting terminal operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare financial information for presentations, management reviews, and CFO reporting requirements., • Monitor and analyse operating results against budget, identifying deviations and supporting business decision-making., • Support audits, statutory reporting, transfer pricing activities, business case reviews, and financial reconciliations. What We Are Looking For Continuous improvement mindset We are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Leadership expectation We are looking for people who consistently put customers first, lead by example with respect for people, deliver results with integrity, and drive continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards every day. • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles., • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to work., • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions., • Good understanding of financial drivers within an operational or industrial business environment.
