Marosa is a fast-growing FinTech company based in Vigo, Spain, specialising in helping multinational businesses manage their global VAT obligations. We are hiring students or recent graduates in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, DAM, DAW or related fields who are eager to apply their analytical mindset to real business challenges. Participate in the design and improvement of data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Support internal stakeholders in identifying data needs and assist in delivering high-quality datasets. Assist in optimising data workflows and support the integration of external data sources into our platform. Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure data consistency and performance. Help define best practices for data architecture and tooling. Student or recent graduate in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, DAM, DAW or similar. Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of databases or data models. Good communication skills and a fluent level of English (we work globally). Experience or interest in Alteryx, Snowflake and Power BI. Additional training in Data, BI or Artificial Intelligence will be a plus. Work on real-world FinTech products with data at their core.
