Thales Spain is looking for a person with Team leader with technical profile with at least 4 years of experience in services management with team management skills and background with cybersecurity infrastructures to participate in operation and support services of NGFW environments based on CheckPoint, PaloAlto and Fortinet Job responsibilities: • Service management for operation and administration of equipment and environments in scope (backups, log management, health monitoring, etc.), • Customer management. Point of contacts, reporting, KPIs definition and tracking, • SLA, Deviations analysis, justification, improvement, etc., • Tasks planning, priorization, categorization, measuring, etc., • Internal proccesses improvement Team Management, • Shift planification and management, • Preventions and guards planification, • Team responsibilities management, • Training plan and activities identification and management Improvement and evolution - Internal documentation and communication -, • Service internal and external audits managament Job requirements: • FPGS or University Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications, • More than 6 years of experience in similar positions, • Certifications in PaloAlto and/or Fortinet., • Other certifications in the field of Cybersecurity, • Other certifications in the field of IT service management (ISO20000, ITIL, etc.), • Presence required at service offices for the provision of the service At Thales Spain we consider ourselves disruptive when it comes to organizing the way we want to work.
