We Are Hiring: Nigerian Customer Support Agents (iGaming Sector)Barcelona, Spain FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. is an international BPO services provider based in Barcelona, Spain. We support global partners in the iGaming industry , and we are now expanding our team with Nigerian, English-speaking Customer Support Agents . Role Overview As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide iGaming players with prompt, friendly, and professional assistance via phone, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to iGaming players in English Assist with account issues, payments, bonuses, and game-related questions Troubleshoot technical or account problems and escalate when needed Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system Maintain a customer-focused, solution-oriented attitude Represent FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. with professionalism and integrity Requirements Must be a Nigerian citizen Fluent English communication skills Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Experience in customer support or iGaming is advantageous, but not essential.
