The role has a strong strategic component in cross‑functional coordination, advanced operational management, and the continuous improvement of Customer Service and Commercial Back Office processes. /p h3Key Functions And Responsibilities /h3 ul liComprehensive and advanced management of national and international customer orders, from receipt through final delivery /li liEntry, validation, and optimization of orders and commercial terms in the ERP system /li liConfirmation and negotiation of delivery terms with customers (dates, quantities, priorities, and alternative solutions) /li liExpert support to strategic customers and resolution of high‑impact incidents; Prepare and manage export and customs documentation in compliance with regulations /li liProactive monitoring of deliveries, anticipating risks and proposing action plans; Supervision and validation of customer invoicing /li liFunctional coordination with Logistics, Production, and Sales to optimize service levels /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liExperience in customer service will be strongly valued /li liStrong export know‑how (Incoterms, export documentation, customs processes) /li liHigh level of organization, planning, and prioritization skills /li liStrong sense of ownership and follow‑through /li liProactive, solution‑oriented mindset /li liExcellent communication skills and functional leadership capabilities /li liCustomer‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement /li liStrong teamwork and cross‑department collaboration /li liMinimum Languages levels required: Spanish C1, English B2, French B2. Catalan will be valued.
