About the Role As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You ensure a warm welcome, a smooth check-in/check-out process, and handle the administrative follow-up of bookings. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same! Your Responsibilities - Welcoming guests at the front desk, by phone, and via email - Processing bookings and communicating with property owners and cleaning teams - Answering questions regarding accommodations, availability, and practical information - Supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing and key management - Contributing ideas to improve our service - Creating and updating property descriptions on platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc. Who Are We Looking For? - You are customer-focused, communicative, and professional - You are computer savvy - You quickly learn to navigate our booking system and rental platform portals - You have a good command of English and Spanish - You can work independently and enjoy variety in your work - Experience in tourism, hospitality, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
