Elaboración de los proyectos de vida independiente de los clientes para solicitar el recurso de PATI y PAP. 2. Rellenar documentación para solicitar el grado de dependencia de los clientes. 3. Visitas de seguimiento a las familias. 4. Atención telefónica de usuarios y trabajadores. 5. Realización de entrevistas para contratar a nuevos trabajadores como PATI y PAP. 6. Seguimiento de Excel de usuarios. 7. Control de los registros laborales de los trabajadores. 8. Realización de contratos. HORARIO : De lunes a viernes : De 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00. CONTRATO INDEFINIDO : 40 horas a la semana. SUELDO : se verá en la entrevista. Principales funciones 1.Gestionar la carta de cuidados y tratamientos a cargo de una marca de belleza de alta gama y promoción de los servicios del centro Spa- Wellness. 2.Comunicar al personal del Spa-Wellness los objetivos departamentales establecidos. 3.Colaborar en la gestión de los cuadrantes de turnos y vacaciones del personal del Spa- Wellness. 4.Supervisar y optimizar el planning de reservas, así como agendar las reservas realizadas por los clientes. 5.Confirmar las reservas realizadas por los clientes a través del email, página web, teléfono y/o redes sociales. 6.Realizar los pedidos en función de las necesidades del Centro Spa-Wellness. 7.Realizar inventarios, gestionar y controlar la disponibilidad de materiales y/o productos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del Departamento. 8.Asesorar a los clientes sobre los servicios y tratamientos siguiendo el protocolo del Centro Spa-Wellness. 9.Realizar la comercialización, venta y upselling de los productos y tratamientos del Centro Spa-Wellness. 10.Realizar la facturación, cobro al cliente y arqueo de caja de las ventas realizadas. 11.Coordinar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones. 12.Atender y resolver posibles reclamaciones y/o sugerencias recibidas por parte de los clientes. 13.Coordinar y gestionar al equipo de trabajo, velando por mantener el buen clima laboral. 14.Participar en Selección, evaluación, formación y capacitación de los miembros del equipo del Spa-Wellness, así como atender el proceso de incorporación/Onboarding.
