Job Description Barcelona (only applications from candidates based in this location will be considered). We are looking for an International IT Program Manager (f/m) with a clear orientation towards international collaboration, to join the TDU (T-Systems Digitalization Unit) team in Iberia to provide direct support to the CIO of the company. This person will act as a link between the local team and the central TDU teams, actively contributing to the implementation of international programs and ensuring alignment with the organization's global standards. Key responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with central TDU teams to support the implementation of international programs across the Iberia location., • Provide direct support to the Head of Location IT in project coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with global TDU strategies., • Monitor and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting., • Act as a link between the Iberia location and international TDU stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment of objectives., • Assist in the preparation of documentation, presentations, and reports related to project progress and financial performance., • Support the local deployment of global initiatives, ensuring they are adapted effectively to the Iberian context., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and financial tracking processes within the TDU framework. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, financial tracking, or similar roles within an international environment., • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving., • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and financial monitoring tools ., • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with project management tools is a plus., • High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)., • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
