We're seeking a motivated System Administrator to support our company's IT & network requirements to ensure our tools and systems are on point for the teams to use. As our System Administrator, you'll be responsible for all IT-related things. You'll plan and manage the system architecture, be accountable for the day-to-day operational management and continuous improvement of our IT&N systems, and perform maintenance and enhancement tasks needed to ensure everything is updated and running well. What you will do: • IT processes (onboarding/offboarding of employees; management of assets and credentials), • Management of Windows and Linux computers (setting up, updates, software, maintenance, security, constant monitoring, etc.), • Management of Microsoft tools (AzureAD, Sharepoint, Onedrive, DevAzure, Outlook, etc.), • Management of Linux servers (setting up, maintenance, software, systemd, user/group permissions, etc.), • Maintenance and administration of network (VPN, remote connection, printers, firewall, wi-fi, etc.), • Cybersecurity policies, methodologies, and implementation., • Management of software licenses (e. g. admin floating licenses), • Act as the central point of contact of the IT/ICT helpdesk., • Discussing IT changes and enhancements, • Monitoring system health, • Developing methods and tools to test and implement new LAN/WAN equipment, • Assisting with day-to-day use of the systems, • Creating metrics to measure the effectiveness of the system, • Soliciting and analyzing feedback from users, • Overseeing testing to find problems within the system, • Working with software developers to improve existing systems, • Microsoft 365 administration (including SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, etc.), • Basic knowledge of Linux, • Windows system administration, • Firewall and network management, • Cybersecurity skills, • Computer setup, user onboarding and offboarding, • Desirable: experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox or VMware), • Desirable: experience with PowerApps, • Comprehensive private health insurance, • Flexible leave policy., • Flexible working hours., • Cool perks such as fresh fruit, coffee and snacks every day, team building activities every quarter, etc., • Learning and development opportunities.
