Experteer Overview As a Service Transition Specialist, you ensure new and changed services are moved into production in a controlled, low-risk manner. You act as the bridge between project delivery, change and release management, and operations, ensuring compliance, supportability, and readiness prior to go-live. You’ll governance and lead ITIL-aligned transitions, collaborating with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver stable outcomes. You also contribute to practice development through mentoring and capability uplift activities. This role sits at the intersection of cyber security and services delivery, offering scope to influence service readiness and post-go-live success. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own and continuously improve Service Transition frameworks, processes, and governance aligned to ITIL best practices • Plan and coordinate transition of services from project delivery into BAU operations • Ensure operational readiness including documentation, knowledge transfer, and onboarding into service management tools • Work across Change Enablement, Release Management, and Service Acceptance for successful go-lives • Develop and manage Service Transition Plans including risks, dependencies, and schedules • Ensure services meet security, compliance, availability, and continuity requirements • Coordinate vendor and third-party deliverables and support models • Lead or govern Hypercare / Early Life Support activities post go-live • Act as a key client liaison managing expectations, risks, and communications • Mentor team members and uplift internal service transition capability Responsabilidades • Strong experience with ITIL Service Management, particularly Service Transition, Change, Release, and Service Validation • Proven experience transitioning services into production within complex enterprise environments • Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models • Strong understanding of operational readiness, service acceptance, and go-live assurance • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and executive audiences • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and governance artefacts • Experience mentoring team members and driving capability uplift • Exposure to pre-sales, tenders, or solution design (desirable) • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage complex transitions across multiple stakeholders • Passion for cyber security and contributing to practice growth Requisitos principales • Hybrid and flexible working options • Paid parental leave and family support through Parents at Work • Birthday day off • Novated Lease options • Ongoing personal and professional development opportunities • Sonder - Wellbeing & Support Partner
