Position: Commercial Director, International Market (Europe & LATAM) Location: Madrid, Spain Report to: Head of Commercial, Global Position Summary As part of our international growth and transformation journey, we are strengthening our global commercial organization to accelerate expansion across Europe, Latin America and selected international markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on International Commercial Director who combines strong commercial leadership with operational discipline, customer focus, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships. The International Commercial Director will lead and expand Worg Pharmaceuticals' business across Europe, LATAM and selected emerging markets. This role is responsible for: • driving international sales growth,, • strengthening distributor and key account relationships,, • identifying new business opportunities,, • coordinating closely with internal operations and supply teams,, • rebuilding sustainable long-term customer confidence through consistent execution and delivery. This position reports directly to senior leadership and will play a key role in shaping the company’s next phase of international growth. Key Responsibilities International Commercial Development • Develop and execute international commercial strategies across Europe, Latin America and other assigned territories, • Drive revenue growth through distributors, strategic partners, and direct key accounts, • Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnership channels, • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements Distributor & Key Account Management • Build strong long-term relationships with distributors, healthcare partners, and key customers, • Support distributors in commercial planning, forecasting, product positioning, and business development, • Ensure high levels of customer engagement, responsiveness, and satisfaction, • Manage complex customer situations with professionalism and solution-oriented leadership Business Operations & Cross-functional Coordination • Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution, • Monitor sales forecasts, inventory planning, and order fulfillment performance, • Support continuous improvement of international commercial processes and reporting Market Expansion • Evaluate new markets, business models, and strategic partnerships, • Represent the company at international congresses, customer meetings, and industry events, • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments Leadership • Contribute to building a high-performance international commercial culture, • Coach and support regional commercial teams and distributors, • Promote accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric execution Candidate Profile Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field, Master and/or PhD a plus., • Minimum 8–10 years of international sales/business development experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, allergy, immunotherapy, or related industries, • Strong experience managing international distributors and multi-country commercial operations, • Proven track record of driving growth across Europe and/or Latin America, • Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments Preferred Experience • Experience in allergen immunotherapy, specialty pharma, biologics, diagnostics, or related healthcare sectors, • Experience in small to medium-sized international pharmaceutical organizations, • Exposure to business transformation, turnaround, or organizational rebuilding environments, • Understanding of GMP-driven operational environments and supply-related customer management Skills & Competencies • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability, • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-changing environments, • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities, • High level of ownership and accountability, • International mindset and cultural adaptability Languages • Fluent English and Spanish required, • Additional languages such as German, Portuguese, Italian, French are considered a plus Travel • International travel required What We Offer • Opportunity to play a key leadership role in an international growth and transformation journey, • Dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment, • International exposure across multiple regions and markets, • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and performance, • Long-term career development opportunities
