Job Title: TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Manager Type: / Full-time About the role We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop expert with proven experience managing the full TikTok Shop ecosystem from end to end. This is not a purely strategic role. We need someone who has actually worked inside TikTok Shop and knows how to set up, launch, optimize, and scale stores, while also understanding TikTok Live commerce, affiliate/creator collaborations, promotions, reporting, and sales performance. The ideal candidate understands both the business side and the creator side of TikTok Shop, and can support everything from new business onboarding and shop registration to product listing, bundles, coupons, offers, affiliate setup, live selling operations, and performance reporting. Key responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end setup of TikTok Shop for new and existing businesses, • Support or lead the registration and onboarding process for new business accounts, • Set up and optimize the shop structure, product catalog, collections, and storefront, • Upload and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and variations, • Create and manage bundles, coupons, discounts, flash deals, offers, and promotional mechanics, • Ensure products and store pages are optimized for conversion and discoverability, • Set up and manage affiliate/creator programs, including outreach workflows, commission structures, creator codes, and tracking, • Coordinate and optimize TikTok Live selling operations, including product pinning, live setup, promotional offers, and conversion flow, • Work closely with creators, hosts, and/or internal teams to improve live commerce performance, • Monitor store health, compliance, fulfillment-related issues, and operational performance, • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, affiliate, and live commerce data to identify opportunities for growth, • Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards for both:, • Businesses/brands, • Creators/affiliates, • Make recommendations to improve:, • Store performance, • Product sell-through, • Affiliate sales, • Live conversion rates, • Promotion effectiveness, • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, policies, trends, and best practicesRequired experience, • Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, • Experience managing the full process from shop setup to product listing to sales optimization, • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, • Experience creating and managing:, • Product listings, • Bundles, • Coupons, • Discounts, • Promotional campaigns, • Affiliate setups, • Experience with TikTok Live commerce, • Ability to manage and interpret reporting for both brands/businesses and creators/affiliates, • Strong knowledge of e-commerce conversion principles, • Comfortable working operationally, not just strategically, • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot platform or setup issues, • Good communication and project management skillsPreferred experience, • Experience scaling TikTok Shop for consumer brands or fast-moving e-commerce businesses, • Experience working with UGC creators, affiliates, or live hosts, • Strong understanding of TikTok content that drives Shop sales, • Experience with influencer/affiliate outreach, • Familiarity with reporting on ROAS, GMV, CVR, AOV, affiliate contribution, live performance, and store conversion, • Experience across multiple markets is a plusWhat success looks like in this role, • TikTok Shop accounts launched correctly and efficiently, • Product catalogs and store pages fully optimized, • Promotions, offers, and bundles set up properly and driving sales, • Affiliate and creator programs activated and performing, • Lives are structured to convert and tied to clear commercial goals, • Clear reporting is delivered regularly with actionable recommendations
