As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in RHI Magnesita, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Steel Scandinavia, UK and Netherlands. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a link between our customers and internal stakeholders, such as plants, logistics, and technical marketing teams. Your main objective will be to market and sell RHI Magnesita’s products and ensure customer satisfaction by making regular visits and efficiently processing their orders. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to our company's overarching goals of achieving targets in the areas of safety, sustainability, digitalization, and global growth for refractory solutions. You will have the opportunity to cater to the unique demands of each client and present them with tailor‑made solutions that meet their specific requirements. In this role, you can expect to travel both domestically and internationally for approximately 30% of your time. During the initial phase of the position (6–12 months), additional travel may be required for training purposes, including visits to the RHIM headquarters or other supporting locations, and the level of travel may therefore be higher during this period. Hybrid Work Arrangement Hybrid Location and Hours Oviedo | Full time Responsibilities Driving sales actions with the customer and the internal RHIM organisation, improving sales margins and increasing sales revenue. Developing custom‑made solutions and business models that focus on performance, safety, sustainability, and digitalization. Identifying and addressing customer needs and potential for sales improvement and driving these actions/projects internally, where required. Organizing trials and providing detailed reports or ensuring technical reports are available from such trials. Supporting working capital actions by efficiently managing stocks and customer payments. Qualifications You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross‑functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands‑on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita. Several years of professional experience in a similarly impactful role, including sales, or supporting similar customers facing business operations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Material Science, Technology and/or Sales. Languages English – fluent. Nice to have Any additional languages are considered an asset.
