Location: On-site – Athens, Greece. Norconsulting is currently recruiting for a client for a results-driven Spanish-speaking Business Development Sales Representative to join a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment in Athens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and strategic selling. Full relocation and accommodation are covered from Spain to Greece, and after 2–3 months there is the option to return to Spain and continue working remotely. What You’ll Do • Identify and research potential customers within target markets using outbound strategies (cold calling, social media, prospecting tools), • Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and fit for solutions, • Conduct qualification and discovery conversations to uncover business opportunities, • Initiate and maintain contact through phone, email, and social platforms, • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel, • Close deals and contribute to revenue growth, • Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles, • Strong background in prospecting, lead qualification, and generating new business, • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken), • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels, • Ability to present value propositions clearly and handle objections effectively, • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools, • Monday to Friday schedule supporting work-life balance, • Competitive xcskxlj salary with performance-based incentives, • Relocation support, including assistance with travel, accommodation, and initial living expenses (e.G. meals), • Paid time off and comprehensive benefits package, • Career development opportunities, including ongoing training and mentorship, • Access to professional development courses and growth pathways
