Sales & Account Manager – Italian Market VMP is a leading international Performance Marketing Agency specialized in qualified lead generation and customer acquisition at scale. We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Account Manager – Italian Market to accelerate our growth in Italy. The ideal candidate is commercially aggressive, performance-oriented and passionate about digital acquisition and lead generation. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, managing high-value accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the Italian market. This role combines Business Development, Account Management, Performance Marketing and Strategic Sales while working closely with media buying, operations and management teams to scale campaigns and maximize client performance. Main responsibilities include developing and managing a portfolio of Italian advertisers and partners, identifying and closing new business opportunities, prospecting new clients through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn and events, promoting Vertigo Media’s lead generation and performance marketing solutions, building long-term relationships with clients and business partners, understanding client KPIs and objectives to deliver profitable acquisition strategies, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing commercial results, coordinating internally with media buyers and operations teams to improve lead quality and delivery, negotiating commercial agreements and analyzing market trends and acquisition opportunities. The ideal profile has at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Lead Generation or Performance Marketing environments. Strong understanding of CPL/CPA models, digital acquisition funnels and online lead generation ecosystems is required. Experience managing KPIs, margins, client portfolios and commercial performance is essential. Good knowledge of digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Affiliate traffic is highly appreciated. The candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be native or fluent in Italian and have a professional level of English.
