Key Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for residual value (RV) management of vehicles across the EU market. • Develop remarketing strategies for end-of-lease, buyback, and used vehicles, ensuring optimized resale value. • Build and manage partnerships with leasing companies, rental fleets, financial institutions, and remarketing channels. • Monitor RV trends, used car market dynamics, and competitor benchmarks, providing insights to management. • Coordinate with sales, aftersales, finance, and logistics teams to support RV and remarketing processes. • Establish resale channels such as auctions, B2B sales, and dealer remarketing platforms. • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and local market practices in remarketing activities. • Prepare RV forecast models and remarketing reports for HQ and senior management. ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. • 8+ years of experience in residual value management, fleet sales, or remarketing, preferably in the automotive industry. • Strong knowledge of EU used car market dynamics, residual value forecasting, and remarketing channels. • Proven ability to collaborate with leasing, financial, and dealer partners at a senior level. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan or Chinese is a plus. • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
