E-Commerce Key Account Manager – PcComponentes & Online Retail Location: Madrid, Spain Employment Type: Full-time Department: E-Commerce / Sales Primary Key Account: PcComponentes Additional Scope: Online Retail Accounts About the Role TP-Link España is looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Key Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic partnership with PcComponentes, while also managing and developing other key online retail accounts in Spain. PcComponentes will be the primary focus of this position. The successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding TP-Link’s presence across relevant online retailers, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our overall e-commerce channel performance. Based in Madrid, you will take ownership of sales growth, profitability, product assortment, pricing, promotional planning, forecasting and operational execution. You will work closely with our customers and internal sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities PcComponentes Account Management • Own the overall commercial relationship with PcComponentes and act as the main point of contact for the account., • Develop and execute the annual joint business plan in line with TP-Link’s targets and PcComponentes’ commercial priorities., • Deliver agreed sales, revenue, profitability and market-share objectives., • Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, pricing, promotional investments, rebates and marketing activities., • Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, marketing teams and other key stakeholders within PcComponentes., • Define the optimal product assortment, pricing structure and launch strategy for the account., • Plan and execute key campaigns, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, back-to-school and new product launches., • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pricing, traffic, conversion and promotional performance., • Conduct regular business reviews and present clear performance insights, recommendations and action plans. Online Retail Development • Manage and develop relationships with additional online retail accounts in Spain., • Identify and acquire new online retail partners aligned with TP-Link’s channel strategy., • Create account-specific growth plans covering product assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and inventory., • Expand product listings and improve TP-Link’s online distribution and market coverage., • Monitor online pricing, product availability, content quality, customer ratings and competitor activity., • Ensure consistent brand positioning and pricing execution across online retail partners., • Identify opportunities involving retail media, digital campaigns, product bundles and exclusive promotions., • Evaluate account performance and allocate commercial investments according to growth potential and profitability., • Balance the strategic requirements of PcComponentes with the development of other online retail customers. Forecasting and Operational Excellence • Prepare accurate sales forecasts by customer, product and promotional period., • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and healthy inventory levels., • Identify and address out-of-stock situations, excess inventory, price erosion and slow-moving products., • Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, product and marketing teams to resolve operational issues., • Track commercial investments and ensure that activities remain within approved budgets., • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer plans and performance reports., • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer agreements and channel-management guidelines. Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field., • At least five years of experience in e-commerce, online retail sales or key account management., • Proven experience managing major online retailers., • Previous experience working with PcComponentes is highly desirable., • Experience in consumer electronics, networking products, technology products, home appliances or a related category is preferred., • Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship management skills., • Good understanding of both first-party online retail and marketplace business models., • Solid knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, including sell-in, sell-out, traffic, conversion rate, average selling price, stock coverage and promotional ROI., • Strong analytical skills and experience managing account-level sales and profitability., • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI and e-commerce analytics tools is an advantage., • Native or professional-level Spanish and strong business English., • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills., • Proactive, commercially ambitious and results-oriented., • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Willingness to travel when required.
