Your Role As an Inbound SDR, you’ll have a direct impact on our pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contactfor inbound leads, qualifying them and guiding them to the next step with our Sales team. What you’ll do Inbound lead management: respond quickly to inbound leads (demo requests, campaigns, inbound channels) and qualify them to identify the highest-potential opportunities. Discovery & consultative selling: engage with key roles such as E-commerce Managers, CRM/Retention Managers, Marketing Managers, Customer Care/Operations Managers, Heads of Digital (and when needed CEOs/Founders) to understand their goals, processes, and pain points. Qualification & handoff to AEs: use structured qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) to pass high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. Multi-channel outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, and structured follow-ups to increase conversion and demo show rates. CRM & tools: manage activities and pipeline in HubSpot, keeping data accurate and clean. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to improve messaging, response time, lead quality, and campaign performance. Continuous optimization: test and refine scripts, sequences, CTAs, and qualification criteria to improve conversion rates and sales velocity. What we’re looking for Experience: 1–2 years in SDR/BDR or sales roles (ideally in SaaS or digital environments). Languages: native-level Italian + professional English. Location: based in Barcelona, available to work on-site. Consultative mindset: strong listening skills, ability to ask the right questions, and connect needs to value. Communication: clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and spoken communication. Ownership & autonomy: proactive, organized, and driven by results and improvement. Resilience: comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where every week brings new challenges and learning. Tech & tools (nice to have) HubSpot (or Salesforce), calling tools (Aircall or similar), sequencing/automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.). Familiarity with concepts such as lead scoring, conversion rate, pipeline, MQL/SQL. Bonus points Experience with e-commerce / retail / customer care businesses. Interest or knowledge in WhatsApp Business / conversational marketing / automation. Methodical approach: scripts, sequences, A/B testing, reporting, and KPI tracking. Analytical mindset: ability to read funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
