Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe’re looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Postproduction Lead to oversee and elevate the agency’s postproduction output across campaigns, productions content. /p pThis role is focused on leading the postproduction function from both an operational and team perspective, ensuring projects move efficiently through post, teams are properly supported and resourced, and deliverables are executed at the highest standard. /p pYou’ll work closely with Creative Art Direction, Production, PMs, and Accounts to manage timelines, workflows, resourcing, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll also lead and support the internal postproduction team, helping allocate work based on strengths, capacity, and project needs. /p pWe’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, understands how to balance creative ambition with operational realities, and knows how to build structure, clarity, and consistency across postproduction workflows. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support the in‑house postproduction team, including editors, motion designers, and 3D artists /li liAllocate projects and workloads based on skillsets, strengths, timelines, and capacity /li liHelp manage team priorities across multiple simultaneous projects /li liProvide guidance, feedback, and support to maintain quality and team growth /li liIdentify freelance or external support needs when required /li /ul h3Postproduction Oversight /h3 ul liOwn the full postproduction workflow from project handover through final delivery /li liOversee campaign editing, motion design, animation, sound, colour, versioning, and final exports /li liBuild and manage realistic timelines and delivery plans in collaboration with PMs, Accounts Producers /li liAnticipate bottlenecks, delivery risks, and resource conflicts proactively /li liEnsure projects move efficiently through review and feedback rounds /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as the main postproduction point of contact for PMs, Accounts, Production, and Creative teams /li liCollaborate closely with teams to align scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations /li liHelp translate creative ambition into achievable production plans and timelines /li liEnsure communication across projects remains clear, organised, and solution‑oriented /li /ul h3Quality Control Delivery /h3 ul liEnsure all deliverables meet creative, technical, platform, and brand standards /li liOversee quality control, file organisation, naming conventions, version control, and archive processes /li liManage deliveries across social, digital, paid media, and campaign formats /li liMaintain efficient and scalable postproduction workflows and processes /li /ul h3Workflow Operational Development /h3 ul liContinuously improve postproduction systems, workflows, and collaboration processes /li liHelp optimise tools, review systems, and team operations as the agency grows /li liSupport operational planning, forecasting, and resourcing across the department /li liStay up to date on postproduction tools, workflows, and industry best practices /li /ul h3Required Experience Skills /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in postproduction, video production, or postproduction management roles within an agency, studio, or production environment /li liProven experience leading or coordinating postproduction teams and workflows /li liStrong understanding of editing, motion, animation, sound, colour, and delivery pipelines /li liExperience managing timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects /li liExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to balance creative quality with efficiency, timelines, and operational needs /li liHands‑on familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and asset management systems /li liHigh attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liProficiency in English is mandatory /li liAny other languages are a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liRemote flex Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM /li liThree weeks of remote work per year /li liSummer working hours across July and August (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) /li liFree English Spanish classes to boost your global communication skills /li liAccess to Wellhub, a wellness platform offering a wide range of fitness and wellbeing options /li liFlexible retribution plan for meals, transport and childcare /li liHolidays: 22 working days + 3 days established by the collective agreement + national and local public holidays /li liBright, spacious offices in the heart of Barcelona /li liCompetitive salary with real growth opportunities /li liA global environment, cutting‑edge tools, and a culture driven by trends and innovation /li /ul pAt Dragons Group, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
