Location: Málaga, Andalusia, Spain (Onsite) Rate: €30/hour Type: Full-Time | Freelance / B2B Contract (Ticket-Based / Dispatch) Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (L1) / IT Support / Deskside Support / EUC Engineer We are actively hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for an onsite dispatch role in Málaga, Spain. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC), deskside support, and IT troubleshooting within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide onsite desktop/deskside IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix support, • Manage device lifecycle (imaging, configuration, patching, upgrades), • Utilize SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for ticketing & asset management, • Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (O365), Outlook, VPN, • Handle Active Directory (AD) tasks: user management, password resets, access control, • Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals, • Provide VIP/Executive support and handle critical incidents, • Ensure security compliance, antivirus monitoring, and patch management, • Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem Management) Required Skills & Experience • 2–5 years in Desktop Support / IT Support / Deskside Support / EUC, • Strong expertise in Windows OS (10/11) and basic macOS, • Hands-on xcskxlj experience with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, • Knowledge of Active Directory & basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, • Experience in enterprise/corporate IT environments preferred Why Join • Competitive €30/hour B2B contract, • Opportunity to work in a global enterprise IT environment, • Exposure to modern EUC tools & infrastructure, • Immediate start / quick onboarding
