An international education group with a strong general presence is looking for a Head of Student Recruitment to lead student acquisition strategy, drive enrollment growth, and manage a high‑performing recruitment team across international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Student Recruitment will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment and enrollment strategies that support ambitious growth objectives across multiple markets and campuses. • Lead student recruitment and enrollment strategy., • Manage and develop the recruitment team., • Own the lead‑to‑enrollment funnel and CRM performance., • Drive conversion rates, pipeline management, and forecasting., • Build partnerships and represent the institution at events., • Analyze KPIs and deliver actionable business insights., • Bachelor's degree required., • 7–10 years of experience in commercial, sales, recruitment, or enrollment‑focused roles., • Minimum 3 years managing teams in high‑performance environments., • Proven track record achieving or exceeding targets in KPI‑driven organizations., • Experience managing high‑volume digital lead pipelines and CRM systems., • Strong background in sales process management and conversion optimization., • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and forecasting capabilities., • Advanced CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)., • Ability to work in international and multicultural environments., • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Fluent English is essential., • Spanish or another European language is a plus., • Opportunity to join a growing international education organization., • Strategic leadership role with high visibility and impact., • International environment and multicultural teams., • Competitive compensation package + performance bonus., • Presencial working model based in Madrid. #J-18808-Ljbffr
