As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Strategic Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving long-term customer success, identifying strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding relationships across some of the organisation's most important clients. This is a highly visible and commercially impactful role, suited to someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-led environment and is passionate about helping enterprise customers maximise value from innovative technology solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, the role offers the opportunity to influence account strategy, contribute to wider business growth, and partner with some of the most recognised brands in hospitality. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the France - must be fluent in English plus French or Spanish. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise-level customers, leading on the growth of these accounts through upsell & cross-sell opportunities, • Develop & implement strategic account plans in-line with the organisation's growth targets, • Lead on complex renewal processes, • Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across each account, • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, • Collaborate with internal teams to drive the voice of the customer, • Deliver feedback to relevant internal teams & leadership when required, • Proactively manage churn risk xqysrnh The Successful Candidate • 5+ years experience in Strategic / Key Account Management, • Experience selling SaaS / software into restaurants is essential, • Experience engaging with large / enterprise-level customers at C-level, • Previous commercial focus within account management is essential e.g. upsell, cross-sell, renewals, • Must be fluent in English, as well as French or Spanish, • Based in France Strategic Account Director Package • Basic salary: €80,000, • OTE: +€50,000, • Opportunities for career progression & professional development, • Remote working, • Pension options, • Annual leave options, • A range of additional incentives and access to wellbeing benefits
