ppbOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead. /b /p pThe Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for ensuring the technical progress of the project, advising all technical roles involved throughout the various stages, and ensuring that the development team works to meet both client and company expectations regarding technical quality and project profitability. This includes identifying potential gaps and advising on the best solutions. They should serve as a technical reference, possessing in-depth knowledge of the platform’s technical background, and act as a guide for the growth and development of other team members. The Technical Lead works in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and the Client Lead. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Projects /h3 ul liSupport the commercial and functional teams on assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: solution design, estimation, and assumptions. /li liSupport the PM/DM in technical leadership of the project, providing in-depth technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project’s functional requirements. /li liDetect and report risks related to the technical management of project/client profitability. /li liEnsure the smooth progress of the project in terms of Scope, Timeline, and Costs, alerting and anticipating any potential deviations to the PM/DM. /li liEnsure the achievement of the project’s technical objectives. /li liEnsure compliance with the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management. /li liSupervise the development team’s effort estimates and provide support during the testing phase of a project. /li liEnsure the final delivery of the technical documentation for a project. /li /ul h3Solutions /h3 ul liProvide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects. /li liCollaborate with the PM/DM on project demos for the client. /li liIdentify potential opportunities for Up Cross Selling from a technical perspective. /li liIdentify potential methodological improvements for the technical team. /li liWork collaboratively with technology providers when the project requires it. /li liEvaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation. /li /ul h3Team and Training /h3 ul liCollaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge. /li liCollaborate within Omega’s community of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other team members to develop their technical skills. /li liParticipate in the development and training of the technical team, advising them to improve their technical capabilities. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role /li liExperience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects. /li liProficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript /li liExperience in HTML and CSS development /li liSalesforce certifications are an asset. /li liHigh level of English /li /ul h3What do We offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liFlexible Schedule.
