Having been built and proven at scale within Santander, our platforms are now entering a new phase of growth: expanding into the open market and enabling banks, PSPs, fintechs and regulated financial institutions worldwide to accelerate their payment capabilities through modern, scalable technology. /p pCountry: Spain /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead the expansion of Getnet Platforms into the open market. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy, building a scalable sales organization, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across Europe, LATAM and America. /p pThe successful candidate will combine deep expertise in payments and financial technology with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS and platform solutions to enterprise clients. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Commercial Strategy Growth /h3 ul liDefine and execute the commercial strategy for Getnet Platforms’ SaaS and payment infrastructure solutions. /li liBuild and scale the open‑market sales motion. /li liDevelop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring sustainable growth and achievement of revenue targets. /li liIdentify new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships to accelerate expansion. /li liDrive customer acquisition, retention, and long‑term account growth. /li /ul h3Enterprise Sales Leadership /h3 ul liLead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. /li liUnderstand decision‑making hierarchies in key financial services industry, combined with the ability to connect with key counterparts where relationships become an entry need to sales. /li liBuild executive‑level relationships with banks, PSPs, fintechs, embedded finance providers, and regulated financial institutions. /li liDevelop value propositions tailored to different customer segments and market needs. /li liCreate scalable sales methodologies, processes, and performance frameworks. /li /ul h3Ecosystem Partnerships /h3 ul liEstablish strategic alliances with technology providers, payment networks, consulting firms, and industry partners. /li liRepresent Getnet Platforms at industry events, conferences, and executive forums. /li liPosition Getnet Platforms as a leading provider of payment technology infrastructure. /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liBuild, coach, and lead a high‑performing international sales organization. /li liCollaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations teams. /li liFoster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and commercial excellence. /li /ul h3Experience – What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li12+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within payments, fintech, banking technology, SaaS, or platform businesses. /li liProven experience building and scaling new revenue streams, business units, or open‑market commercial organizations. /li liDemonstrated success selling complex B2B SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or mission‑critical technology solutions. /li liStrong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing multi‑million‑euro sales pipelines. /li liExperience operating across multiple European markets and international environments. /li /ul h3Industry Expertise /h3 ul liDeep understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, including account‑to‑account payments, card issuing and processing, payment acceptance, payment orchestration, and related infrastructure. /li liKnowledge of payment schemes, regulatory frameworks, and emerging payment technologies. /li liExperience working with banks, PSPs, fintechs, embedded finance providers, or regulated financial institutions. /li /ul h3Leadership Capabilities /h3 ul liAbility to understand evolving product capabilities and match them autonomously against leads and opportunities, committing on needs not yet ready but feasible and declining on needs where delivery would be unlikely. /li liAbility to understand the big picture of a financial services institution needs on payments (core systems, onboarding, risk, channels, fraud) in relation to the elements that will be part of the sales portfolio. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to create and scale new business opportunities. /li liExceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to operate effectively in complex matrix organizations. /li liStrong people leadership and team development capabilities. /li /ul h3Education Languages /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field. /li liMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. /li liFluent Spanish and English required. /li liPortuguese highly valued. /li /ul h3SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL BE MEASURED BY /h3 ul liRevenue growth from open‑market clients. /li liNew customer acquisition. /li liStrategic partnership development. /li liSales pipeline quality and conversion rates. /li liGeographic expansion and market penetration. /li liTeam performance and organizational capability building. /li /ul pJoin us in shaping the future of payments technology and building the next generation of SaaS platforms powering financial institutions worldwide. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
