The ideal candidate will be responsible for both expanding GLABOO's existing client accounts and generating new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills in English, a consultative sales mindset and the ability to understand and position GLABOO's digital and creative services to clients across diverse markets. Responsibilities • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business., • Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities., • Collaborate with internal teams (design, IT, marketing) to align client needs with GLABOO's service offerings., • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals and pitches to prospective clients., • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and account plans. Qualifications • Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. A degree is not mandatory., • Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in marketing, creative or digital services., • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages a plus., • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts., • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach., • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with teams., • Based in Tenerife, with flexibility for occasional travel.
