ph3PROJECT LEADER HEAD /h3 pAre you passionate about driving continuous improvement and turning ideas into impactful results? As a Project Lead at our Linares Plant, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing savings initiatives that support operational excellence and business performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving complex challenges, and influencing change through data-driven decision-making. /p pThis role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and site leadership teams to build and execute a robust pipeline of savings and cost optimization projects. You'll have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, coach project owners, and contribute to the long-term success of one of our largest manufacturing operations. Occasional travel may be required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSavings Project Leadership /b – Drive the execution and implementation of savings and cost avoidance projects, ensuring delivery against committed targets and business objectives. /li libContinuous Improvement Pipeline /b – Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of improvement initiatives that support current and future operational goals. /li libLean Manufacturing Facilitation /b – Lead Zero Loss workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities focused on eliminating waste and improving performance. /li libProject Coaching Stakeholder Engagement /b – Partner with project owners and cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support throughout project execution and delivery. /li libPerformance Compliance Monitoring /b – Track project progress, support KWS routines, participate in Gemba walks and GMP audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field. /li li4+ years of experience leading projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment. /li liProven experience driving continuous improvement, cost savings, productivity, or operational excellence initiatives. /li liAdvanced English proficiency. /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint. /li liExperience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and structured problem-solving tools. /li /ul pKellanova is an Equal Opportunity Employer that strives to provide an inclusive work environment, a seat for everyone at the table, and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
