Experteer Overview Lead and optimize production across assembly lines to deliver safe, high-quality output on time and within budget. You’ll drive lean improvements, coordinate with engineering and support functions, and develop the production team to meet growth in airport mobility systems. The role sits at a specialized engineering center in Mieres, contributing to safer, smarter, and more sustainable airport infrastructure. You will shape execution on a global scale while remaining hands-on on the shop floor. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Oversee daily production execution across lines, workshops, and shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets • Demonstrate visible safety leadership, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions • Develop and manage direct labor, supervisors, and line leaders, including staffing, planning, multi-skilling, and succession • Ensure stable, standardized production processes and coordinate with Engineering on changes • Lead maintenance activities for equipment and facilities to ensure availability and regulatory compliance • Monitor production hours, efficiency, costs, and budgets for production and maintenance • Apply Lean and Kaizen methodologies to drive productivity and quality improvements • Support prioritization and execution of industrial investments in production and maintenance • Coordinate with Logistics, PSM, Engineering, Quality, Projects, and HR to ensure material availability and on-time delivery • Maintain constructive relations with HR and worker representatives on applicable matters Responsabilidades • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent • Proven experience leading production in complex or project-based environments • Experience directing direct labor, supervisors, and assembly lines with strong operational results • Background in industrial maintenance or coordinating with maintenance functions • Track record recovering production plans and stabilizing processes • Experience in labor relations, change management, and team development • Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, problem-solving, standardization, and visual management • ERP/MRP user with focus on production, cost, and maintenance control; SAP knowledge valued • Experience in international environments or with cross-country teams • Professional English for BU-level and site collaboration Requisitos principales •
